Quenching and Deformation Dilatometer - TA DIL805
The quenching and deformation dilatometer DIL805A/D/T from TA Instruments is used in a variety of applications at the Institute of Metal Forming. It is primarily used for carrying out classical tests such as compression tests and for multi-stage process simulation. It is also suitable for determining flow curves, recording continuous and isothermal transformation diagrams, hot tensile tests, grain growth and for investigating recrystallization behaviour.
